Fees

Consulting is an investment not a cost. We believe in value-based fees and not per hour billing. We normally quote a fixed fee which might also have a success fee linked to it and/or a retainer for any ongoing consultancy. The latter is always our preferred customer-relationship since we believe that successful consulting is cumulatively delivered over time rather than as a result of a big-bang event.
