FENCI Consulting was founded by Dr. Roberta Fenech Gauci, a commercial lawyer, and Kevin-James Fenech, a management-consultant, in October 2008. The original motivation was to set-up a management-consultancy / business-advisory firm that offered the business community customer-intimate and innovative ‘business thinking’.

We expect our clients to call us when they have a major strategic, operational or organisational challenge. In return we offer honest, practical, well-researched and innovative business advice.

The firm is positioned at the private business sector. Perhaps at businesses which, might have in the past, relied on generic business advice from their trusted adviser (the accountant or the lawyer) but now need to bring on board a business specialist given the complexity and competitive nature of the business. Or the well established and well managed group of businesses that needs to re-think and re-innovate in order to regain or protect its number one market position.
