Kevin (also known as Jim) is a management / business consultant (holding an MBA with Distinction from Ashridge Business School, UK), is a Quality Auditor (ISO 9001:2008) and has over ten years corporate management experience; seven years of which as the Managing Director of an international banking group and three years as a career diplomat with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Malta). His specialisation is in branding, marketing strategy and customer loyalty. He frequently writes in the local press and has a monthly column which appears every first Thursday of the month in the Times of Malta (Business Supplement).

Roberta Fenech Gauci

Roberta is a commercial lawyer with 10 years+ legal experience and a specialisation in tax, trusts, financial services and commercial law. She graduated from the University of Malta with a Doctor of Laws in 1997, has a Masters Degree in Financial Services (1997-1999), a Certificate in Trust Law and Administration (2004) and a Certificate in Tax on Maltese Trusts (2007). She holds various public posts in addition to her legal practice and invovlement as a co-founder of and key driving force behind FENCI Consulting wherein she is responsible for executive recruitment and promotion of the FENCI brand.

Michael Spiteri Bailey

Michael is the company’s financial advisor. He is a fully qualified and warranted Public Accountant and Auditor. He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he formed part of the assurance and advisory team. He soon moved on to a large manufacturing company of international standing where he was the assistant Financial Controller. Subsequently, he moved on to become the financial controller of an international software company which services the igaming industry. Within the same company he was promoted to Group Financial Controller. In 2009, Michael set up his own private practice and is now servicing a portfolio of clients including both local and international businesses.

Mark Craig
Senior Consultant
Mark is exclusively responsible for Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations. He is a graduate in Business Management with a specialisation in Marketing from Schiller University, London (UK). He brings with him a wealth of experience from the advertising industry, having worked with JP Advertising (1996-1998), the Image Systems (Xerox) (1998-2000) and the Malta Tourism Authority (2001-2002).
