Kevin-James Fenech

Kevin is a strategist, management-consultant, business advisor, a Quality Auditor (ISO 9001:2008) and has over ten years corporate management experience; seven years of which as the Managing Director of an international banking group and three years as a career diplomat with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Malta). He also holds an MBA with Distinction from one of the UK's top business schools; Ashridge Business School (UK). His specialisation is in branding, strategy and business model innovation. He frequently writes in the local press and has a monthly column which appears every first Thursday of the month in the Times of Malta.
Roberta Fenech Gauci

Roberta is a commercial lawyer with 10 years+ legal experience and a specialisation in tax, trusts, financial services and commercial law. She graduated from the University of Malta with a Doctor of Laws in 1997, has a Masters Degree in Financial Services (1997-1999), a Certificate in Trust Law and Administration (2004) and a Certificate in Tax on Maltese Trusts (2007). She holds various public posts in addition to her legal practice and invovlement as a co-founder of and key driving force behind FENCI Consulting wherein she is responsible for Corporate Services and promotion of the FENCI brand.
Franco Falzon
Senior Consultant
Franco is a Certified Public Accountant and tax consultant. Graduating in 2004 from the University of Malta, Franco furthered his studies in Vienna and obtained his Masters Degree in International Tax Law. In 2007, Franco graduated with distinction from the Malta Institute of Taxation. Since 2006 he has been mostly engaged in assisting clients to restructure their business to optimize their tax efficiency. He has delivered numerous lectures both in Malta and abroad and has been actively advising foreign entities making use of the Maltese jurisdiction. Franco has worked with various audit firms including one of the Big Four firms and has held several senior positions. Currently amongst other appointments, he has his own tax practice.
Mark Craig
Senior Consultant
Mark is exclusively responsible for Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations. He is a graduate in Business Management with a specialisation in Marketing from Schiller University, London (UK). He brings with him a wealth of experience from the advertising industry, having worked with JP Advertising (1996-1998), the Image Systems (Xerox) (1998-2000) and the Malta Tourism Authority (2001-2002).
